The Hot Rod Works was started in 1996 by brothers Nick Smith and Ken Smith. After a lifetime of building and driving hot rods, they decided to open the doors of their own business. Their passion for hot rods extends to campaigning a real steel 1926 Ford roadster on the Bonneville Salt Flats where they have been successful in setting SCTA speed records.

Their real world experience, along with their formal training in engineering and manufacturing, have enabled them to bring to market many unique Hot Rod components. By adding additional products from other quality manufactures, they have continued to provide quality components and service to the Hot Rod enthusiast.
